Triple Bottom Line
The Triple Bottom Line of “People, Planet, and Profit” is a central aspect of all of our work. We seek projects and opportunities that fulfill all of these goals:
People – Our work must have a visible positive impact on the lives of other people, through increased economic opportunity, social well-being, improved access to information or resources, or a richer cultural and community experience.
Planet – We strive to reduce the ecological footprint of our work and demonstrate strategies that can be replicated by others to limit the ecological consequences of the buildings we develop.
Profit – We expect that all of our work will generate positive economic value, both for our organization and for our partners. We aim to build community wealth in the areas in which we work.
