Green Coast Enterprises develops real estate and performs a continuum of real estate services focused on urban areas in need of community renewal located in the Southeastern United
States, with a special focus on coastal areas threatened by climate change.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Building Operations Analyst
Green Coast Enterprises seeks an exceptional staff member to support the implementation of projects that meet the company’s triple bottom line standards. The Building Operations Analyst is responsible for maintaining client relationships, delivering projects on time and budget, managing the team on a variety of projects, and helping the management team develop a business model for the building operations business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Building Operations Analyst will be responsible for the following primary activities:
• Completing energy audits of commercial, institutional and multifamily buildings.
• Completing energy models for commercial, institutional and multifamily buildings.
• Reviewing and troubleshooting building automation systems.
• Managing delivery of projects through all phases to completion.
• Engaging with clients and maintaining long term relationships.
• Managing budgets and timelines.
• Conducting site visits on client sites.
• Managing contractors and identifying problems on projects.
• Reporting to management on status of projects.
• Engaging other staff on projects where appropriate and managing their work.
• Maintaining key certification for green buildings analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
• 2 years’ experience in energy modeling, energy auditing, architecture, green building or related field.
LEED AP Certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work successfully with limited direct supervision.
• An orientation towards meeting goals and deadlines.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, problem-solving and teamwork skills, and the ability to collaborate with different levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
• Strong computer skills, including: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, internet research, and Adobe Suite.
• Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
• Preference given to candidates with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Architectural Engineering.
