South Broad Business Coalition Hosts Mayoral Forum: 4 pm Thursday, Sept. 21

The South Broad Business Coalition will host a mayoral forum 4 pm Thursday, Sept. 21.

The South Broad Business Coalition (SBBC), a group of small business owners advocating for economic development along the S. Broad commercial corridor will host a forum for mayoral candidates on Thursday, September 21, 4:00-6:00pm.

Camille Whitworth will moderate the event.

Fourteen of the candidates for Mayor of the City New Orleans will speak to issues central to businesses, economic development, and the effects on residents in the neighborhoods of Broadmoor, Zion City, Hoffman Triangle, Gert Town, and Central City.

The forum will be held at the Rhodes Pavilion, 3933 Washington Avenue. Doors will open at 4:00pm and will start promptly at 4:15. The event is free and open to the public, refreshments will be served, and there will be voter registration onsite.

All community members are encouraged to submit their questions in advance of the event through an online survey.
